A building can only be great when it is designed to assist its users, please its neighbor, suit its context, serve its community and, perhaps most importantly, create a unique sense of place. We believe ideas and buildings should honor the broader goals of society.
Over the course of each project, our teams communicate with the client and contractors to ensure we achieve our client’s goals, meet deadlines and stay within budget.
We process our client’s goals, gather information and develop ideas, taking into consideration the purpose, requirements and budget of the project.
We review the project requirements and site analysis to better understand the needs of the project and outline a strategy to fulfill the project objectives.
We research user-focused concepts to develop creative solutions. The strongest ideas are combined to create a solid foundation for design.
With creative ideas, we begin integrating programming into the concept to analyze the realities of the project. We refine the design in relation to the client’s goals.
The conceptual scheme is refined into the final design. We pay careful attention to each detail to create a unique and harmonious space that satisfies the needs of our client.
We develop and implement the documentation for the construction of our design and coordinate critical communication between our consultants and specialists.
During construction, our ideas are transformed into a tangible space with its own unique environment. We observe the construction process and continue to collaborate with contractors, designers and engineers to ensure the construction meets the project specifications and client’s goals.
